Using Appointment Schedules on Google Calendar Overview
This feature is available through your WFU Google account. To use appointment schedules on a personal Gmail account, you must subscribe to Google Workspace Individual.
With appointment schedules, you can:
- Create and share booking pages
- Block off time so people can book appointments with you
- View your booked appointments in Google Calendar
Please note that Google Appointments are different from the older tool, Google Appointment Slots.
Turn appointment schedules on or off
Previously created slots or schedules remain active and available regardless of whether appointment schedules are on or off.
- Log in to your WFU Google account
- Open your Google Calendar
- Go to Settings > General > Appointment Schedules
- Turn on Appointment schedules by checking the box "Create appointment schedules instead of appointment slots"
