Google Error: 403. That's an error
When trying to access some WFU resources, you might encounter a "403. That's an error" or "Error: app_not_configured_for_user” error (see image below):

Possible Reasons for this error:
Multiple Google Accounts
You may have accidentally authenticated a WFU resource with your personal Google Account instead of your WFU account. Please visit Managing Multiple Google Accounts for more information.
Resource has not been activated for your WFU Google Account
Some resources like Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud require users to request a license or account prior logging in. Use the links below to request appropriate licenses:

MICROSOFT 365 LICENSE REQUEST FORM
- Click Submit on the Google Form screen to automatically request your WFU Microsoft 365 license (make sure you are logged in to your wfu.edu Google account).
- This is an automated form, and your license will be automatically assigned within 1-2 hours.
To check if your license is ready:
- Check if Office 365 is available in your Google App Launcher. You may want to try signing out and back into your account or doing this in an incognito browser window.
- Visit portal.office.com and try to log in with your Wake Forest credentials.

ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD ACCOUNT REQUEST FORM
- Click Submit on the Google Form screen to automatically create your WFU Adobe Enterprise account (make sure you are logged in to your @wfu.edu Google account).
- Check your @wfu.edu email for a verification that your account was created.
