Online Resources @ The School of Business
Your WFU account will allow you to access many Wake Forest resources such as G Suite for Education (formerly Google Apps for Education), Workday, and Canvas. Before Orientation, you have access to the following WFU systems:
WFU Google Mail
- http://google.wfu.edu
- Your Wake Forest University Google Mail account will be your official email address that the University will use to communicate with you. Use your full email address and password to log in.
Canvas

- Canvas is Wake Forest’s Learning Management System. Many instructors will use Canvas to post announcements, assignments, and quizzes. Log in with your WFU Google account.
Intranet
- https://my.business.wfu.edu
- Access to the School of Business Intranet will be granted shortly before orientation (typically one day before your orientation session). The Intranet has various resources specific to the School of Business students, faculty, and staff.
One (One Campus)
- https://one.wfu.edu
- OneCampus or One is the new university portal launching in Summer 2023. One is a collection of carefully curated WFU services available to you based on your role at Wake Forest. You can access One by navigating directly to one.wfu.edu.
- One provides students with various tools to view their grades, access online bills, and search directories for students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Log in with your WFU Google account.
Workday
- https://workday.wfu.edu
- Workday is a cloud-based student information system for higher education institutions. It manages the entire student lifecycle, integrating academic, financial, and administrative functions in a user-friendly platform.
LinkedIn Learning
- https://lil.wfu.edu
- LinkedIn Learning is an online educational platform combining LinkedIn's benefits with over 9000 digital courses taught by industry experts. Courses are broken into bite-sized segments that can be viewed anytime on any device, online, and off.
Qualtrics
- http://qualtrics.wfu.edu
- Qualtrics Online Survey Platform is a tool that allows students to create simple and complex surveys to distribute in various manners. This tool can be used for market research, anonymous polls, or other targeted surveys.
