Forget Unneeded WFU Wireless Networks
WFU faculty, staff, and students who previously connected to the WFUwireless or WFUwireless-legacy SSIDs can now remove these unneeded connections from their list of wireless networks using the following steps.
Windows
- Click the network icon in the System Tray to view the list of available wired and wireless networks.
- In the list of wireless networks, right-click WFUwireless.
- Select Forget.

Repeat this step for WFUwireless-legacy if it appears in your list of wireless networks.
Mac OS
- Tap the Airport menu beside WFUwireless
- Tap the WFUwireless ellipsis icon and select "Forget this Network"

- Confirm and click "Remove"
- Leave "Remember this information" turned on
If needed, repeat these steps to remove the WFUwireless-legacy network as well.
iOS Devices
- From the iOS Home screen, tap Settings, then Wi-Fi, and tap the "blue i" next to WFUwireless
- Tap “forget this network” then “forget.”
