Tips for Adjusting Headset

Ensure the back straps cradle the base of your head.
Adjust the straps and move the headset up and down until it is resting comfortably on your face.
The headset is correctly placed when it is resting lightly on your face and the picture appears clearly.

The Meta Quest will go to sleep if the sensor above the lenses is not covered –that is how the headset knows you are wearing it.

Modify Headset to Accommodate Glasses

Your glasses frames must be compatible to use the glasses spacer; the frames must be smaller than 142 millimeters wide and 50 millimeters in height.

Insert the glasses spacer by gently removing the facial interface foam .
Attach the glasses spacer to the back the facial interface.
Press it into place ensuring the glass’s logo on the top.
Finally, reinsert the facial interface foam back into place.
