How to Print using a Public PC or a Loaner When you are ready to print your document, choose File > Print in the application. Select WFU Public [Student Mobility] to send your document to the printer. The printer defaults to double-sided, black-and-white printing; change this in the print dialogue as needed. Once your preferences are selected, click Print. A pop-up window will ask you to enter your WFU Username and Password to send your job to the printer.By default, this only stores your password on the device for one minute. You can extend the duration if needed. Upon successful login, your job will be sent to the printers, and a PaperCut pop-up will inform you that your job is being held in the queue. To release a print job, tap your Deacon OneCard on the Tap ID Here label located on the printer. A list of print jobs will appear on the touchscreen Tap the print job you’d like to release, confirm the information on the screen, and then tap Print. The account balance will automatically adjust to reflect the number and type of pages printed. Important Notes: Printing in color costs $0.25 per side, and printing in black and white costs $0.08 per side. If there is a printing error, you can contact the Help Desk for assistance.
