Kaltura: How to Publish & Share Media with Viewers

Login to kaltura.wfu.edu with your WFU Google account.
NOTE: Some options not available if navigating to Kaltura via the Canvas navigation menu.
Click on MyMedia.
Find the video you want to share and note if it says Unlisted or Private.
Click on the video you want to share.
- If the video is Private then, click Actions and then Publish found below the video on the far right. Select Unlisted and Save.
- If video is already “Unlisted” move to the next step.
Below the video, click Share.
On the Link to Media Page tab, click the link to copy.
Paste the link where your viewers can access it.
As long as the video is Unlisted, the link will work for anyone.
