To create/establish your Qualtrics account, please do the following:

  1. Open any browser and navigate to: http://qualtrics.wfu.edu or launch Qualtrics from the Google App launcher
  2. Select "No, I don't have a preexisting account here"
  3. Click "Sign In"
  4. Click "I accept" to accept the Terms of Service.
