The School of Business Help Desk will operate remotely during a campus closure.  Email and call-in support will be available during our standard operating hours.

Support Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Fridays: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • On-call support for emergencies is available, outside of these hours.

Software Issues & 'How To' Questions

Most software issues or 'how to questions' can be answered or resolved over a phone call.  We may use a remote support tool to connect to your computer to either view or control your computer remotely.

Hardware Issues

In the event of a hardware issue that prevents you from conducting a critical part of your job, we should be able to arrange a repair or provide loaner equipment.  However, this will depend on the nature of the university policy and/or local government restrictions.
