How to request Digital Signage

Digital signage is available throughout Farrell Hall and the Wake Forest Charlotte Center. Users can schedule advertisements or images to be displayed on the flat-panel TV screens throughout the building(s).

Best practices for digital signs or advertisements:

Limit your text. Images only display for 10 seconds!
Use the WFU logo correctly (not stretched or squashed). More info on WFU Identity Standards.
Slide aspect ratio 16:9, not 4:3 (download one of the templates from the request form to be sure)
Use high resolution images. Low resolution images will look choppy or pixelated once enlarged on screen.
