How to Install WFU Student Printers on a PC, Mac, or other device
Note: You must be on campus connected to the eudroam network during the installation.
To print directly from applications on their device(s), students must install PaperCut Mobility Print. Mobility Print can be installed on smartphones, tablets, laptops, or Chromebook.
- To download PaperCut Mobility Print, navigate to: https://go.wfu.edu/printinstall/
- Click the Download button.
The web site automatically detects your operating system and provides the correct installation file.
- Once downloaded, click the Mobility Print installation file to start the installation process.
Note that some browsers may prompt you to save the file. If you can’t locate the file, check your Downloads folder.
- Follow the prompts in the installer to install the printer to your device. You will be required to enter your WFU Username and Password.
- When the process is complete, click Finish.
Confirm Proper Installation
To confirm that printing is installed properly, send a test print job to the printer.
- Open any application and choose File > Print.
- Select WFU Standard [Student] and click Print.
- Tap your Deacon OneCard on the Touch ID Here label on the printer.
- A list of print jobs will appear on the touchscreen. Select the test document and delete it, if needed.
- When you are finished, tap the Reset button and then tap Reset All Apps & Log Out.
If you receive an error message when trying to install, or the print job does not appear, please contact the School of Business Help Desk.
