How to Scan to Email on WFU Student or Administrative Printer Log into the printer. Tap the "Tap ID Here" label using your Deacon OneCard to log in.OR Press the Home button on the printer. Then tap Email on the touchscreen. Enter your WFU username and press Next. Enter your WFU password and press Next. Load your original documents: Use the document feeder for multiple or single pages: Before you send any pages through the document feeder, ensure no staples or paper clips are attached. Place all pages face-up in the document feeder (all pages must be the same size). Adjust the paper guides so they fit against the originals. The confirmation indicator illuminates when you load the originals correctly Use the document glass for single pages or paper that cannot be fed using the document feeder: Lift the top of the printer. Place the first page of the document face down, in the top left corner of the document glass. Add/change the recipient if necessary. The scanned document will be sent to your WFU email address by default. Adjust the available scan options as needed. Indicate the output color you desire: auto-detect, grayscale, or color. Indicate if the original document is 1-sided or 2-sided. Press the Start button. The printer scans the pages and sends the document when all pages have been scanned. When finished, tap your name in the top left and then tap the Logout button.Your document will be sent to the email address you indicated as a PDF attachment.
